Their motto is:
Adventure City really is a little theme park and is mostly geared towards little kids. Built in 1994 it has about 15 rides and attractions. It’s pretty cheap to get in and the parking is free! This would be a great introduction to theme park fun for your little tot.
Balloon Ride First you walk through a little mini airport terminal and learn a little about aviation while listening to an airport control tower operator. Then you get into hot air balloon baskets that rise and spin over 25 feet in the air. Minium age is 2 years and the minimum height is 48 inches unless accompanied by an adult. |
Crank ‘n’ Roll This is a little mini train for kids that they operate themselves. No minimum age and you can’t be taller than 52 inches. |
Barnstormer Planes Fly high or low. No minimum age. Must be 42 inches unless accompanied by an adult. |
Drop Zone This ride starts off slowly rising to the top, then plunges to the bottom. No minimum age, must be 42 inches to ride alone or 38 inches if accompanied by an adult. |
Crazy Bus This is kind of a fun little ride. Gets your tummy rolling! No minimum age, must be 42 inches unless accompanied by an adult. |
Rescue 911 This is cute. Kids get to try on real fire fighting jackets and helmets in the police and fire stations buildings, then off to the ride. No age or height minimum. |
Freeway Coaster Mini custom made roller coaster that goes through a giant pepper tree. Minimum age is 3 years, must be 42 inches unless accompanied by an adult. |
Carousel This 20 horse carousel is the centerpiece of this theme park. No age or height restrictions. |
Adventure City Express Train This special train was built in 1938 and was a main attraction at Hobby City for almost 25 years before Adventure City was built in 1994. After extending its rails, the "Adventure City Express" now gives guests a full-circle tour of the park. |
Petting Farm Snuggle a rabbit. Tickle a sheep. Cuddle a chick. Even hug a friendly pig...And find yourself grinning from eat to ear. |
Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends Kids help one another build creative train layouts with a variety of wooden tracks, bridges, and trains. |
Rock Climbing Designed for kids ages four and up. This twenty-four foot rock climbing tower has three challenging sides, each one with its own difficulty level. When climbers make it to the top, sirens and music announce their triumph and they get their picture taken which can be made into a memorable framed souvenir. |
This park also has an arcade, you can eat in Parker’s Fill-Up Station and have a birthday party in the Party Tree House.
